Had an amazing day today for a change felt a right turn around in my mood. was just generally a good day. I didnt want it to end. I am so glad that i have a few good friends.
Got a lovely cake with Kylies hotpants which was the most super fantastic amazing cake I have ever had in my 30 odd years with the world.
It was a good evening as well did about 55 minutes on the crosstrainer then another 20 minutes on the bike.. I dont like the bike as much now.
