Why is it so hard...

You think everything is coming back to normal and then bam ..... Had a hard day today
Going to try and get to bed early and get some sleep.. my minds been on over drive this afternoon.

I just want to lock myself up and have no contact with people......

Thought that reading would help but not really just wanted to go home. Im going to chill out a bit now watch something on the computer.
