Well had a reasonable day today had a nice baked potato for lunch from the dutchy yum yum..
I am just about to take my tablets and have an early night didnt get to the gym in the end what a surprise didnt feel like going kind of like whats happened with badminton ....
Anyway Im going to have an early night put on Lee Evans & chillax ..
