Well Played badmiinton in leominster last night and my god was i shattered I think if it hadnt been for Jen driving in front I wuld have fallen asleep in my car wether moving or stopped?? Felt so drained thismorning I didnt want to do anything.
Well got to work with plenty of time had a downer this morning but percked up enough to go to the gym this evening and had a reasonable session on the cross trainer..
WEll after I write this I will be 10 minutes or so then bed got a film off one of my friends that I have been told is a good one :)
