Well had a really good game of badminton tonight we had a couple of people who play on sunday joined in and made it more intesting..
Can feel the blood pumping around my body is ammaaaazinging Also did 10 minutes easy in the gym too which meant had a bit of a sweat on before the game so well warmed up..
I am wide awake at the moment don't know how im going to feel in the morning. got my doctors appointment so will probably be a little late for work...
Still feeling really excited about the weekend nanannannana batman... i might play a joke tomorrow..
I am going to look at my website again tonight add some new touches on the photos page... I dont know how much more amazing it can get but its getting there,,,,
