Had a good badminton session then went to the Gym did 20 mins on the cross trainer lvl9 was quite hard think i could have pushed myself a bit more though.
Then doing 20mins on the bike I was well and truely melted down.... IT was like the world was eating me....
Its at this point I just have no cares in the world just want to recover :)
I went through 3 t-shirts well 2 really as the last one is not even damp :) LOL
